This seems like outright bigotry. Maybe I’m reading into it too much or projecting (I don’t think I am), but this account seems to be gleeful in it’s opposition to black people. (The “Every single black would be in jail” tweet, especially.)
Aside from the attitude being expressed, these tweets seem to be eroding extremely valuable (though already much decayed) liberal norms.
I could totally imagine having a stance against immigration (and for deportation), but even so, I think I would consider these tweets to reflect very badly on me and my policies? “Deserving of strong blame, criticism, and censure” seems right to me.
Granted that they are not very tasteful in their approach I’m happy to call that agreed. Do you disagree with the content (rather than the form) of what they posted?

I dispute that retweeting something means that you endorse the account, as opposed to only the specific thing that you retweeted.
I think that’s a fair point; I’m willing to stand corrected as over-reading his position if Richard would like to object. I remain interested in his response to my question regarding agreement/disagreement with the content of those posts either way.
Distasteful is what those of us who aren’t attacked by these statements, and tend toward an impersonal and dispassionate reading, think of them. These are reprehensible and outright hostile to Blacks, Latinos, women, or any other group this account has attacked. You’re the sort of guy to tolerate such language when accompanied by insight, but I don’t feel like a meme account has much to offer in that respect.
I don’t imagine the causality between women judges and liberal policies is that strong (i imagine that liberal male judges do about the same?)
I can imagine a fatigue around homeless people, who are disproportionately black, but I don’t think most people are “sick to death of black people”
I have pretty wide uncertainty around which races get treated more leniently for which crimes. I guess that for each race there are some crimes for which they would be treated to leniently. But “every single black would be in jail” seems ludicrously too strong and hugely inflammatory

The fifth, I guess that black men work at lower rates than white men, but skin colour is pretty weak evidence for predicting given what one could know. Like if someone was saying stuff like this and I were black I would ask why skin colour was the relevant factor here. It’s kind of a pretty standard racial epithet if used seriously.

Hmm, yeah, in hindsight when I asked the question I was implicitly conflating “distasteful” with something stronger like “reprehensible”.
