Ah. I learned something about Wordpress today! Fixed on the original, which I believe should fix it here (and if not, this is a chance to find out).
This means I don’t have a good answer for the problem of how to link to a post that does not yet exist, which is at least mildly annoying, but one can always go back and edit if necessary.
