Much like the AI safety scorecard, no one is out of the red, but it seems like some of the older publishing house type companies are trying to respect existing content licensing institutions. However, I’ve seen many creators and artists complain that it doesn’t matter; it’s already too overshadowed by the actions of OpenAI et al.
