You could put a link to that site that muflax linked, or some similar site, in your LessWrong profile. People who have feedback for you are more likely to see your profile than this thread, I think.
Great idea. I think this would be a really neat LW norm, and it has a delightfully low barrier of inconvenience. It would be nice if most users put such a link in their profile, but I doubt many users would get much/any feedback.
This seems great, and I set up a page for myself, but I have to wonder: since my contributions to LW have been minimal, why would anyone take the time to comment on me? How meaningful could such feedback be, given the small sample size?
I have a hard time coming up with feedback even for people I’ve known online for ages. It’s easier once I’ve met them in person. Maybe we could regularly give feedback after meetups?

I posted my link to my facebook page and I got 5 responses from my friends within the day, 3 of them serious.
