What’s the “gamification of psychiatry”?
My main objection though is that apps are for wankers. Why can’t someone read a good book instead?
Reading a book is just consuming information.
How’s an app any different?
An app can react to you and your environment.

You can’t make a book that does the things that Contactually, TomatoTimer, Todoist, Beeminder, HabitRPG or Evernote does (to name just a few of the apps that I use on a daily basis).
