I’m curious whether and how you’re planning to accommodate Dragons with disabilities (physical or mental)? Specifically regarding the skills you expect them to be above-average at by the end of the year, but also in general.
(If the answer is something like “Dragon army is probably not a good fit for helping them become their most awesome”, I think that’s totally fine.)

Thus far, we’re not prepared to help people with major disabilities become their most awesome. We’ve got a few minor physical and mental issues in the mix, but they’re all the sorts of things that require on-the-spot accommodation or exemption from fewer than 10% of our activities.
