This took several read throughs by me and another before I really understood what it was saying.
I am here to propose to you today that we do not need to balance the risks and opportunities of advanced artificial intelligence. We should encourage the risks and, insofar as it is possible, avoid the opportunities. We should needlessly confront entirely unnecessary dangers. To achieve these goals, we must plan foolishly and insanely. We should act in fear and panic, and give in to technophobia; but also we should act in blind enthusiasm. We should disrespect the interests of all parties with a stake in the Singularity. We must try to ensure that the benefits of advanced technologies accrue to as few individuals as possible, rather than being enjoyed by the many. We must try to create, as much as possible, violent conflicts using these technologies; and we must put massive destructive capability into the hands of individuals. We should think through these issues after, not before, it is too late to do anything about them...

That being said, I have for a while now been interested in the concept of reverse-isekai, where some bozo from a fantasy world comes to this one and takes to science like a duck to water.
