Great article. This comes at the right time since I recently started working on cause prioritization.
There were just a few things that made the article unclear:
I had to reread the equations section multiple times because I couldn’t see the difference between C(x) and C(X). Could you use different symbols for cost-effectiveness of intervention vs cost-effectiveness of area?
In the implications section, you mention “cause effectiveness”. Is this the same as cost-effectiveness?
In footnote [2] you wrote “life-with-like” instead of “like-with-like”
