Meanwhile, I struggle with working at all and finding motivation to do anything, especially things I Should Do. “Do what you want” is already the principle my brain applies a good 85% of the time (though I identify rather more with the picture of a Recovery Day than a Rest Day). Is there anything I can get out of the Rest Day principle despite this?
