When it comes to Gleb, I don’t think the problem was that he didn’t changed his behavior at all. One example of behavior change was that Gleb actually started giving drafts of posts he published to other people to get the worst problems from appearing in the published version.
The problem was a lot more about the point from his completely different idea about what should be done where given him feedback to change particular behaviors was not enough even when Gleb integrate.
The right to be forgotten has its merits, but it isn’t meant to be applied when people are still doing the thing that got them in trouble in the first place.
You don’t find the EAForum article by seeking with LessWrong in the title and there some argument that the article should have beeen crossposted to LessWrong as well but I don’t think it’s a big issue that it hasn’t. I don’t see “not crossposting” as granting someone the right to be forgotten.
As far as I understand at the end of Gleb’s interaction with us one of our key demands was that he stops associating with us by posting his content to LessWrong/EAForum/Various Facebook groups. I remember having to tell him off one time after the EAForum article was published on LW but after that point he accepted that his articles aren’t wellcome in any form.
I haven’t seen any post from him lately in any such venues, so I don’t consider him doing the things that got in in trouble in the first place. On the Intentional Insight page there are a bunch of mainstream media logo he uses to establish his credibility and none of our logos.

I don’t think it’s actually true that there no hit. At the fifth place you find https://www.jefftk.com/p/conversation-with-gleb-of-intentional-insights which is on of the major discussions about Gleb’s misdeeds. As far as archiving Facebook discussion goes I thinkg JeffK is doing a fantastic job.
