Sort of. Let’s say someone reads a newspaper. Let’s call it The Daily Star. Yesterday, they thought it was a trustworthy publication, and believed the story it ran on its front-page to be accurate. Today they find out one of its journalists violated journalistic integrity (something to do with conflicts of interest and secret identities), and they question it’s trustworthiness, and the veracity of yesterday’s story.
They will admit that they might be wrong in some vague fashion about [free speech,
