There have been BIOS updates for that motherboard since that release, so if you’re comfortable doing so, I’d recommend running them. I’d also see if there’s an internal POST error log, and clear that, if possible.
If that doesn’t fix it, the problem is likely related to the motherboard trying to automatically set the memory speed—either the memory’s SPD module is corrupted, or it likes a timing mode that the motherboard doesn’t. Manually setting the memory mode to match what you see in CPU-Z during normal operation should solve the problem. I’d advise doing so only if you’re comfortable resetting the BIOS manually, however.
The memory setting actually is manually configured. Changing the memory settings to “Automatic” caused the computer to endlessly reboot before I could even get into the BIOS to set it back. I had to open up my computer and temporarily remove the CMOS battery in order to get it to boot up again. And manually setting the memory speed to 1333 didn’t get rid of the error either.
