Update: Nevermind, I found it! It’s right at the top of the posts, under the list of tags for the post. The first posts I was looking at didn’t have this button because they were written just at the end of 2020 rather than in 2021. But when I look at 2021 posts now I can see the Review button at the top.
How do we write a review? I don’t see an option in the UI.
Not sure if I’m missing it or if the button doesn’t show up on my account because it was created after Jan 1, 2021. But you’re saying I should be eligible to write a review in the case, just not to vote.
I wrote a bunch of reviews before I realized I wasn’t eligible. Oops. Maybe the review button could be disabled for folks like me?
(I don’t care whether my reviews are kept or discarded, either way is fine with me)

No, literally anyone can write reviews. People can only vote if they joined before 1/1/2021.
