I think safety by obscurity is doing a lot of work in our current society, protecting us from harms that come from connecting unwise people with unwise ideas.
I do not think that the expected value of a journal of dangerous ideas is positive.
Yeah, it turns out to be really important that psychopaths usually aren’t very smart. Making it easier for dumb people to do really bad things seems.. bad.
