Some kinds of content that the readership strongly dislikes get downvoted into oblivion—except that at the moment downvoting is disabled, as an interim measure against one person who has lots of sockpuppets and uses them aggressively against people whose politics he doesn’t like.
But what, in particular, are you suggesting should be forbidden?
