You can come to beginning of any announced part of this meetup, though exact timing is not guaranteed each game will not start earlier than specified.
You should probably include the location of the meetup in the title.
Aww, this made me think someone were making an LW meeting based out of a minecraft server or something.

Point taken. It is less ambiguous like that. But is there other easy way to access meetup announcements other than via map on main page, so it became confusing in the first place?
