Tldr: If you’re young and haven’t studied negotiation, it’s probably worth spending ~10hr engaging with this course when you get a chance.
The MOOC is based on the first course in Yale’s MBA program apparently. He claims it isn’t watered down, but probably a smart 10yo could follow it.
Probably the best MOOC I’ve found in terms of usefulness X content quality X accessibility/engagingness.
It starts by establishing a simple model of negotiation as seeking equally beneficial positive-sum interactions and gradually addresses complications. It even explores some techniques that are a bit on the “dark arts” side.
