I’m not super happy with how the dissolution is presented, but I would say all the relevant parts are there. For example, I would say your point

You may have trouble connecting what’s on LessWrong to your thoughts and writing. I think that is due mainly to you spending many years building up your island of rationality. Words in such a Private Language-island tend to get used slightly differently from elsewhere. It may take time to connect.
