I suspect that either sex without marriage or the modern equivalent of a common framework related to relationships (think of hookup culture?) is or wasobjectively bad for the entire collective.[1] While I doubt that authors like Freya India, who makes a case for the modern framework being deeply erroneous or outright absent, actually deserve being trusted, their ideas should likely be considered along with the ideas expressed by sources like the Gottmans and Aella which the OP endorses.
