Hi Berekuk. This seems very interesting. As I wrote in this comment, the EA Grants, a granting program by the Centre for Effective Altruism, is to relaunch by the end of October. That’s only a couple months from now. In the meantime I hope the Patreon works out. I’ve been in the EA movement a long time, since 2012, and would be willing to help you write an EA Grant application for the Kocherga anticafe when the EA Grants relaunch.
Thanks! I wonder if there’d be legal issues because Kocherga is not a non-profit (non-profits in Russia can be politically complicated, as I’ve heard). But it’s defnitely worth trying.

You don’t have to be a nonprofit to receive such a grant (most grantees are private individuals).
