If you look back at problems in your past, problems that have been solved and are now better. They probably look/sound something like, “Let me explain what happened. What went wrong and how I solved it”.
What is your model of how to fix Problems without Complaints at all?
If there are no complaints it’s hard to define problems and move on to solve them. If there are only complaints, nothing is solved either. It partly involves staying with the problem, regularly asking variants of “what do I need to make this better?” and various questions like that.
