Defining the terms properly here, and dealing with common ambiguities or misunderstandings would certainly be a big part of this post! I’ve seen people define both good faith and bad faith in a bunch of different ways, and figuring out whether a lot of the conflict I’ve seen in the space is downstream of misunderstanding, and maybe proposing new words or shorthands, is where a lot of my thinking while writing the post would go.
