I’m less confident that if you’re the sort of person or org getting lots of things done, cutting things to retain sanity is necessarily a workable solution, if all the things are really just necessary.
It may in fact just be necessary to have people running on fumes juggling lots of concurrent projects, if you are trying to achieve particular types of ambitious things.
