Not sure what values the CCP actually has. Seems to depend on the current leader; Xi’s idea of socialism is like the opposite of Mao’s idea. The only part they agree on is that CCP should rule the country. So presumably the AI would keep that part, and maybe ignore the implementation details like who gets to be the boss of CCP?

The CCP? None. It’s a superintelligence and will not be bound by the CCP.
If it’s only a human-level AGI, the US will have one as well, and maybe some others, and it will be war as usual by different means.
