Yes! I had a lawyer + Fable draft up a resolution to sign that resolves this (which took a while on the lawyer’s side).
It’s not yet signed as I’ve been super under water with the launch of AI 2040 (and another initiative we are launching today), and it involves me doing the resigning thing you say above, which felt clever in a way that I really wanted a calm moment to double and triple check the documents.
In as much as a public commitment in lieu of having signed the actual resolution means anything, I am hereby committing publicly to treat the current board as a board with the power to fire me. And then I am planning to sign the resolution and do the restructuring as soon as I have time.
