To me, living in Scandinavia, the whole idea that private citizens should have to remove anow from public parking spots seems strange. Wouldnt it be better to get that as apublic service financed through parkingfees or taxes?
I’m confused: in dense suburban parts of Scandinavia with street parking, aren’t drivers still the ones who have to shovel out their cars?
