That list seems really off to me—I don’t think UCSD and UMich should rank above both Stanford and Berkeley.
EDIT: This is probably because csrankings.org calculates ranking based on a normalized count of unweighted faculty publications, as oppose to weighing pubs by impact.
The “canonical” rankings that CS academics care about would be csrankings.org (also not without problems but the least bad).
