Just wanted to say, thanks for doing this self-experiment and writing it up.
I came across this post after reading this other recent post on glycine by Benquo. I’ve decided to take 10g a day, based mainly on that post, since as that post explains, there’s the evolutionary argument for it, and it’s cheap (only like £44 a year for me at that dose). The sweetness is a plus too.
