Feels the same, bro. I’m 18 and still trapped in unhelpful university classes while all my peers are not quite aware of the upcoming changes. I made ppt and selected songs and on 21st I held a secular solstice for 3 people including me. Maybe the first solstice in China. I tried to donate to EA courses but failed because no visa card. I see this it struck me that I am not alone. There’s young people similar to me, did better than me, and inspired me. It struck me that I can continue to do meaningful things instead of being trapped in the routine as a new-era-new-youth. That I can always try again. I wish you happy Solstice, Christmas, Holidays, etc.
Update: ok I got vpn now. Surely everyone in China should have one to help online survey results to be more accurate.

Apple has just released Vision Pro, which is indeed expensive, 120g heavier than Quest 3 and has some complains about dizzyness when wearing for long. Still there are many apps customized just for it.
Given that some users in some countries or regions(for me it is Chinese Mainland) have no access to any website related to Google because of firewalls or stuffs, I don’t think this survey can completely succeed in reflecting the whole user image of Lesswrong. Sorry for not completing the survey:(
