Yeah, I definitely agree that rationality is more useful for those things than for being happy. Though I’m not sure CFAR specifically was useful for that as well, if we understand rationality more broadly, like a philosophy, and all the ideas on LessWrong or EA forum, then I’m sure it has been useful for these three reasons.
