I coined a name for my particular philosophy I call it “The Dry Rock theory.” If you take a rock and throw it into a river, and then proceed to fish it up. by all logic, that rock will not be dry, and yet, that is how society in it’s current iteration expects you to respond. No you are not in pain, no you are not hurting. all the water that surrounded you and none it touched you. and thus I end the explanation by telling others… “I am a dry rock.” It always feels like an admittance to insanity. but like… if it is despair that keeps me from operating, then despair is simply not necessary. I want to survive, and to do that I need to act.

I call it “The Dry Rock theory.”
If you take a rock and throw it into a river, and then proceed to fish it up.
by all logic, that rock will not be dry,
and yet, that is how society in it’s current iteration expects you to respond.
No you are not in pain, no you are not hurting. all the water that surrounded you and none it touched you.
and thus I end the explanation by telling others… “I am a dry rock.”
It always feels like an admittance to insanity.
but like… if it is despair that keeps me from operating, then despair is simply not necessary.
I want to survive, and to do that I need to act.
