Discovering that beings with a central nervous system are sentient and then rather than stopping consumption of beings with a central nervous system, Harry immediately skips over that and flips out worrying about plant sentience. Utter illogical nonsense to totally ignore the unnecessary harm done to non-human animals in the name of habit and comfort. If this book had anything to do with actually looking at rationality, Harry would’ve stopped eating anything that had a central nervous system (which are sentient beings!) and would’ve not skipped over that glaringly obvious point to freak out over plants.
