Have you tried it before? If so, how have you liked it? What’s it taste like? Is it filling? Satisfying? Does it make it easier to be healthy as far as having less fat/sugar/calories? Have you had any difficulty digesting it or anything?
Haha yeah, I actually didn’t think to do that. I came to LessWrong for a rational opinion on whether it’s safe/a good idea and because I figured there’d be some people into biohacking who could point me in the right direction for information, but hadn’t thought to ask about that other stuff until I saw your response.
