I had body fortress at home, and jamba juice was on the website. Just use some kind of wheatgrass and whey protein. Doesn’t have to be source of life either as long as its high quality. I’ve seen ortho core and orange triad recommended on body building forums . The whole recipe is suggestions anyway. I also see no reason not to, say, use kale and raspberries instead of spinach and blueberries; maybe that will help if I get bored with the taste. I hope you keep me posted if you try this.
I was taking a friend’s word on how amazingly beneficial wheatgrass juice is, until he claimed I could get everything I needed from wheatgrass indefinitely, which seemed outright crazy. So I researched it myself and I didn’t find compelling evidence it’s any more beneficial than normal vegetables. I have some in my freezer so I’m going to use it but unless you have a cheap source I don’t think it’s worth it, given that it tends to be expensive and taste like lawn clippings. This is embarassing.
