If valence is “extremized” (i.e., almost every thought is either very positive valence, or very negative valence, but rarely anywhere in between), it should lead to a cluster of symptoms suspiciously close to Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)
Also sounds like it could lead to OCPD? Just less focus on self and validation and more focus on the environment and correctness or something along those lines. Mostly spitballing after I listened to this podcast on OCPD. Best prototypical example is probably Sheldon from the big bang theory, which I always thought of as “popular conception of what autism looks like” and it hadn’t occurred to me there were actually people in this category.
