Hello, I did a test recently on clearthinking.org and it said my rationality was low, I think less than 50%. I have been interested in critical thinking for some time but find it tricky to study. I am reading a book by Stella Cottrell called “Critical Thinking Skills”, I also use AI to help explain certain concepts from the book. I would like to work on developing a technique to help build strength of the mind. It revolves around boxing, due to its level of violence and impact of fear on the mind. After a period of time a boxer adjusts to the violence and learns to control the emotions he may feel during a fight. This adjustment seems to have a knock on effect in other areas of life allowing a person more control over their actions based on their emotions. It is all theoretical at the moment, I have to find people willing to help. If anyone knows of anything similar please share!!!
