So, although giving head may spread the germs, they’re not going to kill anyone unless some supremely vicious throatfucking is going on. (Cf. meningococcal bacteria, which can cause fatal septicaemia & meningitis, but do no harm to the 10%-25% of people asymptomatically harbouring the bacteria in their noses & throats.)
