Could you add anchors to the links from there? The “Parent” link on the comments in the Comments tab seems to be the most useful one.
Also, an additional pair of “Prev | Next” links at the top of the Comments pages would be convenient. It should be “In response to a (the?) comment”. The Edit and Reply actions don’t work.
