Why are there only two types of utilitarianism mentioned? How about average-and-standard-deviation utilitarianism? Or even more mathematically sophisticated formulas (which I don’t know how to make) that would classify whether people bunch or spread over the utility histogram and whether they bunch in one or multiple peaks?

Just for simplicity, and those seem the two most common views.
Given how flawed they are, being “common” isn’t good enough.
