As a consequence, given not available my prediction options are between “so regulated that it’s literally just not a thing in the US” and “regulated enough that you can’t just buy it off Amazon, but still available by doctor”.
As for danger, from what I read Nizoral is not going to be a good time for your liver if you ate it somehow.
