I’m less concerned about the balance of power between different kinds of military technology and more concerned about the capability of drones to be used by a military force against its own civilian population, in either a precisely targeted or mass-casualty manner, with lower-than-ever disincentives in the form of loss or defection of personnel or destruction of capital.
