I haven’t read through the links that OP sent yet, so I don’t feel confident replying directly to them, but it’s worth noting that trans inclusive radical feminism exists (even if somewhat unpopular). People who consider themselves TIRFs usually believe at least one of two things:
1) A sexed body map in the brain, which trans people have swapped; but no other significant changes. (Either that, or the weaker form of believing in functionally sexed brains but thinking that even if outcomes were to differ we should still treat people the same).
