Regardless, TMS might work even if not fMRI guided (it’s a gamble with high upside and low downside). I’ll update you all.
It’s still not clear how to advise them on what the best waveforms or targets to use—some TMS clinics may still be largely “guess and check”. I think it’s better for more of us to try this to make this more widely adopted.
