I would say meetups are generally 4-8 people, with these not always being the same people. Parking is generally free in meters after 6, and isn’t super hard to find except when it’s really busy. In the winter, alternate-side parking is enforced so snowplows can do their thing. I strongly recommend owning a pair of boots for the winter.
