Is it actually still region blocked? Comedy Central online worked for me when I was in Indonesia, with lots of ads.
Yes, it’s blocked in Canada.
I’m quite aware that Canada has some odd regulations regarding access to foreign media, but I’m somewhat disturbed to learn that we’re worse than Indonesia.

Well that went better than I expected.
Yup. Steven Colbert has commented that he is frustrated sometimes by wanting to sincerely engage a guest but can’t because of the limitations of his character. So when he likes a guest, he lobs softball questions and lets them talk.
Brought here by this comment, I’ve been looking for a place to mark down this musing I’ve had in my head a whole while: Will Eliezer Yudkowsky go on this show to promote his book when it comes out? Should he?
