The concept of “bounded rationality” is a concept in economics/psychology going back to Herbert Simon. It is not, as you seem to think, an ideology hostile to human dignity.
How does that prevent it from being a mistake? With consequences? With appeal to certain moral views?
Bounded rationality is not an ideology, it’s a definition. Calling it a mistake makes as much sense as calling the number “4” a mistake; it is not a type of thing which can be correct or mistaken.
