It would be an account of my dealing with akrasia, which so far resulted in eliminating two decade-long addictions and finally being able to act according to my current best judgment. I also hope to describe a practical result of using these techniques (I specified a target in advance and I’m currently working towards it.)

The techniques are not yet tested even on myself. They worked perfectly for about a couple of months, but I wasn’t under any severe stress or distraction. Also, I think they don’t involve much willpower (defined as forcing myself to do something), but perhaps they do—and the only way to find out is to test them in a situation when my ‘willpower muscles’ are exhausted.
The ultimate test would be the practical result which I plan to achieve using these techniques, and it’s not yet reached.

That is (perhaps) unintentionally hilarious, BTW.
