The book was suggested to me on the topic of leadership and being a leader that inspires greatness in organisations and people.
take note of situations where I find myself being a leader and see what I currently do. In some ways I am a person who does it all myself (particularly when I am alone I have trouble choosing to outsource), in other ways, particularly when I am in charge of other people I usually have difficulty forcing orders onto them.
try to change language towards asking people (in those situations) “what are you going to do?”, in the hopes of bringing forward a statement which looks like, “I am going to...” and I can respond with some inquisitive questioning, and eventually “very well...”.
