Philosophy of science? I would pay a bunch of scientists a bunch to be able to record all of their conversations through the process of the scientific process, I think better information about science as practiced would help here. Alternatively I’d pay a bunch of anthropologists to be a fly in the wall of labs.
Philosophy of consciousness? I’d probably just put out open grants for neuroscientists to opine on their thoughts, testable hypothesis prefered.
Ethical philosophy? I’d pay a lab to create the world’s first utility monster.
