As we announced on a recent Bayes Blast on the Bayesian Conspiracy Podcast, there will be an anniversary party in Denver! The plan is to meet at 7:00pm at the same place we hold our regular monthly meetups on Friday the 14th. 8769 W Cornell Ave, Lakewood, CO 80227-4813.
There’s a pool and tennis court right by it, and lots of visitor parking all around—the parking spaces are marked to identify visitor parking. The paint isn’t always very clear so take special care to not take a numbered parking spot.
We’ll do a sort of potluck—everyone is encouraged to bring some food but don’t worry about bringing enough to feed a bunch of people (unless you possibly want to take some of it home) since we don’t have a great idea of how many people are planning on attending.
